With Greg Costello & Dave Finn I was delighted to be invited to attend two recent events organised by Knocklyon Utd FC. The first was their annual Family Day held in the clubs headquarters at Knocklyon Park. The weather was amazing which ensured that all the familes and chldren in particular, enjoyed all that the club had laid on - from mandatory bouncy castles to burgers!
The second event was the annual prize giving day which took plcae on the 22nd of June in St Colmcille's Community School and was packed to capacity. It's an occasion when players and coaches are honoured for their achievements during the year.
