Pursuant to Section 20 (1) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended) South Dublin County Council will undertake pre-draft consultation for a local area plan for Ballycullen – Oldcourt from Monday 15th April 2013 until Friday 10th May 2013 inclusive.
A draft local area plan will be prepared for further consultation at a later stage and this will be accompanied by an Environmental Report prepared as part of a Strategic Environmental Assessment. These documents will also be placed on the Council’s website.
Council staff will be made available to answer general queries and provide guidance on the Pre-Draft Consultation at Quaker House, Stocking Lane at the following times:

A letter and leaflet that will contain the above information together with an invite for submissions will be sent to residents and stakeholders.
